You are an exceptionally talented and high-energy Front Office Support Engineer with a strong background in providing technical support within financial services. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex problems for investment professionals. Your experience allows you to serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues with trading platforms, ensuring that critical systems run smoothly. You are a team player who values collaboration and is eager to share ideas at all levels. You understand the importance of optimizing processes and are proactive in identifying repetitive pain points to enhance efficiency. In this role, you will be embedded within the Portfolio Management and Trading teams, providing monitoring, maintenance, and support for business-critical systems. You will gain real-time exposure to multi-asset trading strategies and decision-making processes, allowing you to make a significant impact from day one. Your responsibilities will include resolving production incidents and providing support to Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Analysts, which will directly affect the firm's PnL. You will also have the autonomy to work with partner teams to automate and evolve processes, ensuring that the Front Office Support team operates at peak efficiency. As part of a global team, you will collaborate with colleagues across different regions, learning best practices and contributing to a culture of teamwork and innovation.
