What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and executing a comprehensive compliance governance framework for outsourced Content Moderation services. You will continuously monitor vendor performance, ensuring that all BPO vendors strictly adhere to their contractual obligations. Your role will involve leading adversarial testing and driving risk mitigation efforts through rigorous auditing and enforcement actions. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Vendor Operations and Compliance to ensure that all operations align with Roblox's mission and values. You will also be tasked with identifying areas for improvement in vendor compliance processes and implementing strategies to enhance operational integrity.
