Monzo is seeking a Group Risk Reporting & Framework Analyst to manage risk reporting and frameworks within a global structure. You'll focus on data administration for risk reports and collaborate with the Head of Group Risk Reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in risk management.
You have a background in risk management and reporting, ideally with experience in a financial services environment. You understand the importance of risk culture and frameworks in shaping organizational practices. Your analytical skills are strong, allowing you to manage data effectively and ensure accuracy in reporting. You are detail-oriented and can identify issues in data connections, ensuring that risk appetite metrics and controls are accurately reflected in reports. You thrive in collaborative environments and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to contribute to Monzo's mission of transforming banking.
Experience with data analysis tools or risk management software would be beneficial. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector is a plus. You may also have a keen interest in financial technology and how it can improve customer experiences.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day administration of risk reports, ensuring that all necessary data is collected and accurately represented. You will work closely with the Head of Group Risk Reporting to develop and enhance risk frameworks that align with Monzo's strategic goals.
