Carvana is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. You'll engage with customers directly and contribute to community initiatives. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to connect with a diverse range of individuals. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. You understand the importance of teamwork and are eager to collaborate with your colleagues to create a positive customer experience.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required. A valid driver's license is essential, as you may be required to drive vehicles as part of your role. Being able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently is necessary for effective communication with customers and team members.
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing information about our services and vehicles. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your performance will be recognized through our Careers Not Jobs program, which offers merit-based pay increases every 90 days based on your contributions and success.
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, potentially reaching $19/hr.
