Flex is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead their direct-to-consumer marketing strategy. You'll focus on growing adoption outside of their property network using analytical expertise and performance marketing knowledge. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
You have a proven track record in performance marketing, with at least 5 years of experience leading marketing teams and strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively, driving decisions that enhance marketing performance. You possess deep knowledge of various marketing channels and understand how to optimize them for maximum impact. You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture while also being detail-oriented in execution. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, encouraging your team to explore creative solutions to complex challenges. You are passionate about the FinTech industry and are excited about the opportunity to empower renters through innovative marketing strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that drives user acquisition and engagement. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, guiding them in creating campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and user data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts and to optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion. You will also be accountable for measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI. As a key member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the CMO and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
