You are a strategic and results-driven leader with extensive experience in business management, particularly in a global context. You have a strong background in operational excellence and financial stewardship, enabling you to effectively oversee business planning and financial management processes. Your expertise includes budget forecasting and resource optimization, ensuring that organizational effectiveness is maintained across diverse teams. You excel in talent management and organizational design, facilitating seamless hiring processes and effective onboarding experiences that set new team members up for success. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to craft compelling narratives for leadership and partner-facing engagements while maintaining clarity across all communication channels.
Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies. You have a proven track record of driving growth and improving partner experiences through innovative solutions. As the Director of Business Management, you will partner closely with the Vice President and leadership team within the Global GTM, Programs & Operations organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead business planning and financial management initiatives, including overseeing fiscal year OPEX and headcount planning. You will be tasked with budget forecasting and proactive resource optimization to ensure that the organization meets its strategic goals. Additionally, you will oversee talent management processes, ensuring that hiring practices are efficient and that new team members are effectively onboarded into the organization. You will also lead executive and internal communications, crafting narratives that resonate with both leadership and partners, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels.
