Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in process improvement and training, with experience in implementing scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You thrive in environments that require problem-solving and adaptability, and you are comfortable working with various stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met. Your ability to analyze metrics and drive performance improvements is key to your success in this role. You are flexible and willing to work weekends or overnight as needed, and you have the capacity to travel up to 15% of the time. You are passionate about creating effective training materials and leading sessions that empower others to excel in their roles.

What you'll do

As a Learning Analyst at Amazon Logistics, you will be responsible for onboarding EDSP Partners, ensuring they are well-versed in Amazon systems and tools. You will create comprehensive training materials tailored to the needs of the EDSP team and lead training sessions for new node launches. Your role will involve supporting network-level excellence by designing and implementing processes that adhere to Six Sigma and Lean practices. You will conduct quality audits and measure metrics to drive improvements in customer experience and operational performance. Collaboration with various teams will be essential as you leverage Best at Amazon practices to standardize work routines and share best practices across the organization.
