You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with account teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Your experience includes designing architectures for search, observability, and security use cases — you are adept at delivering product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that showcase the capabilities of the Elastic Stack. You are also familiar with deployment planning and configuration, ensuring that solutions are implemented smoothly and efficiently.

You possess a strong ability to provide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security — your insights help customers optimize their use of the Elastic Stack, enhancing their overall experience. Documenting solutions and sharing technical knowledge internally and externally is second nature to you, as you believe in the importance of knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

As a Solution Architect at Elastic, you will play a crucial role in helping customers and partners design, implement, and optimize solutions using the Elastic Stack.
