Software Development Engineer - Localization & Internationalization
Transform Global Digital Experiences: Join Our Innovative Team Building Multilingual Software Solutions

We're seeking a passionate Software Development Engineer to help break down language barriers and create seamless digital experiences for millions of global users. Your technical expertise will directly impact how businesses worldwide interact with our platform, enabling communication across diverse cultures and languages.


Key job responsibilities
- Acting as subject matter expert on the Localization & Internationalization (L10n & I18n) topics with for instance driving Right-to-Left (RTL) layouts projects (implementing and styling RTL interfaces for Arabic and other RTL languages).
- Leveraging i18n libraries/frameworks and integrating with translation management systems (TMS) or workflows.
- Owning performance optimization tasks involving strong understanding of web performance best practices (e.g., code splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, caching strategies, CDN integration).

Key Job Responsibilities
• Design and implement robust internationalization solutions that enable seamless adaptation across diverse languages and cultural contexts
• Drive Right-to-Left (RTL) layout projects, creating inclusive interfaces for Arabic and other RTL language markets
• Optimize web performance through advanced techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and strategic caching
• Integrate internationalization libraries and translation management systems to streamline multilingual content delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, globally-ready software solutions

- Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
- Experience with coding to improve efficiency
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Design and implement robust internationalization solutions that enable seamless adaptation across diverse languages and cultural contexts
- Drive Right-to-Left (RTL) layout projects, creating inclusive interfaces for Arabic and other RTL language markets
- Integrate internationalization libraries and translation management systems to streamline multilingual content delivery- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, or experience leading and influencing your team or organization
- Experience building and designing test cases including knowledge of test methodologies
