Key job responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for payroll-related system inquiries
- Work in SAP payroll system maintenance and enhancement initiatives
- Analyze, test, and implement system changes for legal requirements and process improvements
- Develop and execute automation solutions using various technologies (VBA, Python, Power Platform)
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to manage system modifications and updates
- Handle system security administration, including role management and access control
- Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and configurations- Experience in payroll operations
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
- Experience in problem solving and data analytics
- Demonstrated experience working with SAP HCM/Payroll modules- Experience working with outsource/third party Vendors
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting payroll operations
