Stripe is seeking a Startup & Investor Partnerships Lead to drive market strategy and build relationships within startup communities in Greater China. This role requires strong networking skills and experience in the startup ecosystem.
You have a proven track record in building strategic partnerships, particularly within the startup and investor ecosystems. Your hands-on experience and domain knowledge across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Accelerators, and Incubators make you a valuable asset to our team. You are well-networked in startup communities across the Greater China region, allowing you to identify and engage with key stakeholders effectively. You possess the ability to learn quickly, be creative, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Your reliability, self-reliance, adaptability, and professionalism are key traits that define your work ethic.
Experience working with venture capital firms and understanding their portfolio companies will be beneficial. You are comfortable navigating both internal and external organizations, ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with Stripe's mission. Your ability to communicate effectively across various teams will help drive engagement and collaboration.
As the Startup & Investor Partnerships Lead, you will own the strategy to build market awareness and broad use of Stripe’s payments and financial infrastructure platform within startup communities. You will identify appropriate startup and investor channels to partner with across Greater China, driving necessary business and technical relationships with these stakeholders. Your role will involve working closely with the Stripe APAC sales team on day-to-day interactions with portfolio companies to establish new business opportunities. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams on activities that tie into the startup community, ensuring that Stripe remains a key player in the financial infrastructure space.
