Amazon is hiring an Executive Assistant, Specialist to provide support for senior level executives and manage complex tasks. You'll utilize your organizational and project management skills while working in Sao Paulo.
You have a proven track record in providing support for senior level executives, demonstrating excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you possess the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. You understand the importance of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information, and you approach your work with professionalism, especially when dealing with senior professionals. Your experience includes managing global stakeholders and coordinating travel arrangements, both domestic and international. You are passionate about implementing processes that increase productivity and are eager to develop your project and program management skills. You have advanced knowledge of Outlook and Word, and intermediate skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing executive level calendars and ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently. You will coordinate travel arrangements for expatriate executives, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly. Your ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations requiring quick turnarounds will be crucial, as you will often need to take effective action without having the full picture.
