Overview

NICE is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business across the UK. You'll be responsible for exceeding revenue quotas through new logo sales in the CX, CCaaS, AI & Digital products portfolio. This role requires strategic thinking and strong relationship-building skills.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and possess the ability to understand customer needs deeply. You are ambitious and driven, always looking for ways to exceed revenue quotas and build strong relationships with clients. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and articulate the value of digital solutions effectively. You thrive in a competitive environment and are motivated by the challenge of winning new business. You are comfortable working independently while also collaborating with sales partners to close deals. You are committed to continuous learning and improving your product knowledge through training and industry events.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at NICE, you will be responsible for generating new logo sales across our portfolio of CX, CCaaS, AI & Digital products. You will work strategically to identify and pursue new business opportunities, regularly closing deals and building a robust sales pipeline. You will meet or exceed assigned sales quotas while assisting and supporting sales partners in their efforts. Your role will involve maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and participating in continuous sales training to enhance your skills. You will attend industry events to network and build relationships with potential and current customers, ensuring that you understand their needs and can offer tailored solutions that meet their strategic objectives.
