Who you are

You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly in building production systems at scale. You have a strong command of Python and are familiar with frameworks like Django and FastAPI, enabling you to create robust backend solutions. Your experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS, allows you to design scalable and secure applications. You understand the importance of performance and stability in software and are adept at analyzing and optimizing system performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, contributing to team culture and mentoring junior engineers. Your familiarity with modern development practices, including CI/CD, ensures that you can effectively participate in the engineering strategy and execution.

Desirable

Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ and Kafka is a plus, as is familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of database systems, particularly PostgreSQL and Redis, will help you manage data effectively. You are also comfortable using tools like Jira and GitLab for project management and version control.
