Five9 is seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager to oversee a team of Platform Engineers and ensure successful customer implementations. This role requires strong management skills and a focus on team development.
You have a proven track record in managing technical teams, ideally with experience in customer success or professional services. In this role, you will lead a team of Platform Engineers, focusing on their skills development and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. You will manage day-to-day operations, including project oversight and performance reviews, to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include attending delivery-centric calls, addressing project escalations, and conducting timesheet reviews to ensure project health. You will also work closely with peers in Professional Services to align on delivery strategies and improve overall service quality. Your expertise in Five9 products and partner integrations will be crucial in articulating the value of our services to customers.
