Samsara is seeking a Principal Product Manager for their Reporting Platform to lead the strategic development of a unified analytics layer. You'll be responsible for transforming data from over 1.4 million connected devices into actionable insights. This role requires extensive experience in product management and a strong understanding of data analytics.
You have a proven track record as a Principal Product Manager with extensive experience in leading product development initiatives. Your background includes working with analytics platforms and a deep understanding of data processing and integrity. You excel in defining product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You are skilled in stakeholder management and can effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver impactful solutions. You are passionate about leveraging data to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) space or related industries is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in software development or engineering can provide valuable insights into the technical aspects of product management.
