What you'll do

As an Express Technician (Lube), you will be the first line of defense in vehicle maintenance, performing a variety of essential services that keep our customers on the road safely. Your responsibilities will include performing express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and multi-point inspections with speed and accuracy. You will also identify and document any additional vehicle maintenance needs.

You will adhere to all dealership and OEM procedures for service work, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This includes ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. You will accurately document all services performed and communicate any findings to the Service Advisor, answering any technical questions about the express services and multi-point inspection as needed.

You will participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay current with the latest automotive technology and service procedures. You will look for ways to improve efficiency and quality within the express service lane, contributing to the overall success of the dealership operations.
