Dave is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead complex analyses in user acquisition marketing. You'll work with SQL, Google Analytics, and Tableau to provide actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in marketing analytics.
You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, particularly in marketing analytics, where you've tackled complex questions about user behavior and product performance. Your analytical mindset allows you to dive deep into data, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver insights that matter. Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI enables you to build impactful dashboards that empower stakeholders across the organization. You are comfortable with incrementality testing and channel attribution, ensuring that marketing spend is optimized for maximum ROI.
Experience with Google Analytics and familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analysis would be advantageous. You are also knowledgeable about marketing performance metrics and have a strong understanding of user acquisition strategies. Your curiosity drives you to explore data from various angles, and you enjoy sharing insights with your team to foster a data-driven culture.
In this role, you will lead deep-dive analyses into product performance and user behavior, focusing on key performance indicators that impact the company's growth. You will own the attribution logic and models, ensuring that the methodology is maintained and updated as necessary. Building and scaling user acquisition dashboards will be a key responsibility, allowing stakeholders to access and act on data effectively. You will collaborate with the user acquisition team to design and execute incrementality test plans, providing clarity on the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Responding to urgent business questions with structured investigations will be part of your daily tasks, ensuring that leadership has the insights needed to make fast, confident decisions.
