WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Team Management & Technical Strategy: Lead the daily operations and technical planning for the DevOps and infrastructure teams, setting clear technical roadmaps and driving their implementation.

• Automation & Toolchain Enhancement: Design and build an automated operations system (CI/CD, monitoring, logging) to drive intelligent upgrades of the DevOps toolchain.

• Technical Innovation & Problem-Solving: Lead technical challenges and implement innovative practices for databases (e.g., MySQL, Redis), middleware (e.g., Kafka), and cloud platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).

• Collaboration & Standardization: Work closely with business and security teams to develop technical standards (e.g., database design, operational SOPs), driving the standardization process to ensure service stability and security.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Expertise in DevOps, DBA, or Infrastructure: At least in one of these fields, with hands-on experience in solving practical problems.

• Cloud Operations Management: Extensive experience managing cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, with a solid understanding of cloud-native services such as EC2, S3, RDS, etc.

• Leadership Experience: Over 5 years of team management experience, with strong skills in goal setting, breaking down objectives, and cross-team collaboration.

• Passion for Technology: A strong passion for technology, with excellent stress management and problem-solving abilities.

• System Architecture Design: Experience with designing and developing complex system architectures is a plus.

• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin for effective communication in a bilingual environment.
