Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in backend development, particularly with .NET technologies, and have a strong understanding of cloud computing, specifically AWS. You are proactive and capable of working autonomously, with a clear communication style that fosters collaboration within teams. Your experience includes mentoring junior developers, guiding them through best practices in software engineering and architecture.

You are skilled in developing scalable and efficient applications, focusing on user experience and system performance. You have a critical mindset that drives you to continuously seek improvements in engineering processes and practices. Your familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, allows you to thrive in dynamic team environments.

You possess a solid understanding of CI/CD practices and are comfortable using tools like Git and GitHub for version control. Your experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Elasticsearch, and Grafana enables you to maintain high system reliability and performance. You are also knowledgeable about deployment strategies, including canary releases and blue/green deployments.

Desirable

Experience with AWS CloudFormation is a plus, as it will help you in automating infrastructure deployment. Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like AppDynamics and X-Ray will enhance your ability to ensure system health and responsiveness. You are open to learning new technologies and adapting to the evolving landscape of software development.
