Nebius AI is seeking a Legal Counsel Corporate & Governance to support corporate governance and compliance initiatives. You'll work in a fast-paced international environment, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations. This role requires expertise in corporate law and governance.
You are a legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and governance, ideally with experience in public company compliance. You excel in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of providing legal advice on governance matters. Your ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and internal policies sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and proactive in identifying process improvements to enhance governance operations. You thrive in collaborative settings and are comfortable working with boards and committees to support strategic initiatives.
Experience in a Nasdaq-listed company or similar environment is a plus. Familiarity with AI and cloud computing industries can be beneficial, as well as a strong understanding of international legal frameworks.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling corporate governance across the Nebius Group. You will provide legal advice on corporate law and governance matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will contribute to strategic governance initiatives, identifying and implementing process improvements across governance operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing and following up on board materials, overseeing public company compliance, and managing entity governance. You will work closely with the legal team to ensure that all governance practices align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements. You will also engage with various stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance and ethical governance within the organization.
