Esri is seeking a Senior Federal Account Manager to enhance relationships with the USDA and drive the adoption of geospatial technology. You'll leverage your understanding of federal government mission areas to identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies.
You have a strong background in federal government mission areas, ideally with experience in geospatial technology. Your customer-oriented approach and collaborative spirit make you a valuable team player who thrives on identifying and implementing strategies that address organizational challenges. You understand the importance of building relationships and maintaining a healthy pipeline of business growth opportunities for both new and existing customers.
Your ability to leverage social media and other avenues to build a professional network is complemented by your industry knowledge, particularly in the application of GIS. You are skilled at identifying key stakeholders and understanding the business drivers within organizations, which allows you to navigate customer budgeting and acquisition processes effectively. Your solution selling skills enable you to grasp the needs and challenges of customers, ensuring that you can provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
In this role, you will be an integral part of Esri’s USDA account team, working closely with both new and existing federal government customers. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize and expand the adoption of Esri technology within these organizations. You will actively participate in building relationships, prospecting, and developing location strategies that align with the needs of your customers.
You will maintain a healthy pipeline of business growth opportunities, ensuring that you are consistently identifying new areas for expansion. Your role will also involve participating in and presenting at trade shows, workshops, and seminars, where you will showcase Esri's capabilities and engage with potential clients.
Understanding your customers is crucial, and you will demonstrate industry knowledge that is relevant to the application of GIS.
