Who you are

You are a motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and contract management. You have a keen interest in compliance management and legal frameworks, and you are ready to support the GRC team in various administrative tasks. You are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining and structuring contract management processes effectively. You are also willing to assist in documenting internal controls and identifying process improvements. Your research skills will be valuable as you evaluate current legal and regulatory developments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the GRC team in compliance management, legal tasks, and the internal control system. You will maintain and develop contract management by monitoring contract terms and coordinating with various departments. Your responsibilities will include documenting and following up on internal controls, training control owners, and contributing to compliance and risk analyses. You will assist in creating, updating, and communicating internal policies and training materials. Additionally, you will conduct research on legal and regulatory developments to ensure the company remains compliant.
