Celonis is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to develop best-in-class data visualizations for their product. You'll work with TypeScript, D3.js, and Angular to create interactive visual components. This role requires strong experience in frontend development and data visualization.
You have 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering, particularly in developing interactive data visualizations. Your expertise in TypeScript and frameworks like Angular allows you to create scalable and responsive applications that enhance user experience. You are familiar with D3.js for data-driven documents and have a solid understanding of Webpack for module bundling. Your experience with GitHub and Jira ensures you can collaborate effectively within a team and manage project workflows efficiently. You are also knowledgeable about performance optimization techniques to ensure smooth rendering of complex visualizations.
Experience with Datadog for monitoring application performance is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams will help you thrive in our collaborative environment. You are passionate about data visualization and have a keen eye for design, enabling you to contribute to the aesthetic and functional aspects of our products.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Celonis, you will take ownership of developing new features for our chart library and configurable graph visualization components. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to create data visualizations that meet the needs of our customers. Your role will involve designing scalable frontend architectures that support interactive visualizations, ensuring that they perform well even with large datasets. You will implement algorithms to solve complex visualization challenges, such as dynamic axis labels and fast interactions, enhancing the overall user experience. Additionally, you will support new chart requests by implementing generic functionalities in our chart library, contributing to the continuous improvement of our product.
