What you'll do

As an Integration Specialist at Trustly, you will play a crucial role in guiding merchants through the integration of Trustly's payment solutions — you will ensure that they can fully leverage our products to enhance their payment processes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist both new and existing merchants in navigating the integration process, providing them with the necessary support and resources.

You will work closely with the Integration team to develop best practices and documentation that will streamline the integration experience for merchants — your insights will help shape the tools and resources available to clients. You will also collaborate with engineering teams to address any technical challenges that arise during the integration process, ensuring that merchants have a smooth onboarding experience.

In addition to technical support, you will be responsible for training merchants on how to use Trustly's API effectively — you will conduct webinars and create instructional materials to help them understand the benefits of our payment solutions. Your role will also involve gathering feedback from merchants to identify areas for improvement in the integration process, allowing Trustly to continuously enhance its offerings.
