We the central function of Seller Delight & Growth (SDG) team, which is India based part of wider Intl Seller Growth team, are looking for a seasoned and inspirational program manager to innovate, establish frameworks and lead mechanisms for scaling account management processes of the sales teams.

The mission of Central function in SDG team is to improve scale by designing & implementing solutions, mechanisms and product improvements. The role will own identifying areas of friction, area of opportunity and areas of automation, solving AM team's issues, scale processes and initiating future looking projects. The person will develop strategy, interface with business leaders across the world, work closely with product teams to drive product development to standardize, optimize and improve Sales team efficiency.

The successful candidate will have the knowledge and experience of implementing best program and project management techniques; be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment; be able to think big and build/contribute to multi-year business strategies, be able to negotiate/ influence while working in a inter country cross team functional environment.

Further, the ideal candidate demonstrates high level of ownership, understands the key levers to drive business growth and partners effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels. Expertise in working with large data and driving insights. Basic knowledge of SQL is good to have.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Establish partnerships with internal sales team, product/program team leaders across the world, conducting deep dives on AM team's working and identify areas of friction and automation opportunity.
-Iterate and innovate mechanisms; standardize and optimize for scale and deploy the mechanisms across marketplaces.
-Define requirements for upskilling teams and leaders, implement development/training projects.
-Study customer and user behavior and influence product roadmap by providing relevant feedback on ongoing basis
-Driving strategic cross-team projects that influence Sales team productivity, output etc.
-Identify business development opportunities, create experiments, define success criteria and deliver on new programs for continuous business growth.
-Uses data to provide insights to business leaders, and is able to effectively represent the function in various forums (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs etc.)
-Takes data driven decisions to prioritize strategic initiatives, focus areas etc.
-Develop weekly metrics to track critical inputs and outputs and report out in weekly business reviews and regular flash reports to senior management

The job requires you to hit the ground running and your ability to learn quickly and work on disparate and overlapping tasks will define your success - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Experience leading process improvements- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- MBA
- Six Sigma Black Belt, or 4+ years of project management and implementation experience
