You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including commercial teams and factory partners. You have experience working with technology and data teams, which enhances your ability to integrate AI solutions into supply chain operations. Your empathy for both brand-side and factory-side perspectives enables you to navigate challenges and foster strong relationships.

Desirable

Experience in nearshore and offshore manufacturing networks is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance standards across diverse international markets. You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments, ready to tackle the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.

What you'll do

As the Supply Operations Manager at Calico AI, you will be at the forefront of transforming how consumer brands manage their supply chains. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the performance, capacity, and risk profile of our global factory network. You will analyze factory, order, and performance data to develop strategies that optimize operations and mitigate risks. Collaborating closely with the Commercial, Customer Success, and Product/Engineering teams, you will ensure that our network is equipped to handle new brands and categories effectively. You will build and maintain an operating playbook that outlines how Calico allocates volume and manages constraints, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your role will involve synthesizing complex data to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization, ultimately driving the success of our supply chain operations.
