Google is seeking a Strategy and Analytics Lead for YouTube Product Activation to drive product adoption and market strategies. You'll leverage your expertise in SQL and statistical analysis to provide insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires 8 years of relevant experience.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory. If you hold an advanced degree, you can qualify with 6 years of experience. You possess at least 5 years of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or a comparable coding language such as Python, R, Java, or C++. Your experience includes 4 years of working with executive stakeholders, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization. You may also have an MBA or other relevant advanced degree, which is preferred. Additionally, you have 3 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking, and 2 years of experience in people management. Your background includes presenting technical solutions and analysis to executive stakeholders, demonstrating excellent business fundamentals and acumen, particularly in online video products and business models.
As the Strategy and Analytics Lead for YouTube Product Activation, you will be responsible for bringing products to market and ensuring market readiness. You will work closely with both business and product leaders to scale the adoption of YouTube products across the partner and creator ecosystem. Your role will involve designing go-to-market strategies and identifying product activation opportunities across the business. You will ensure launch readiness and define execution strategies for product activation across various segments. Understanding the needs of partners and creators will be crucial, as you will provide Product teams with market feedback to shape product roadmaps. You will also develop content strategies and collect user analysis and reporting needs. Leading analytics up-skilling initiatives, you will partner on strategy and deliver impactful executive insights through storytelling. Collaborating with a cross-functional working group, you will define product activation objectives and key results (OKRs) for the YouTube business organization. Additionally, you will lead the development and deployment of centralized insights dashboards for Product Activation related data.
