Tide is seeking an Information Security Risk Manager to oversee the information security governance, risk, and compliance program. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure compliance and effective risk management. This role requires experience in information security and risk management.
You have a strong background in information security and risk management, ideally with experience in a financial services environment. You understand the importance of compliance and governance in managing information security risks. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures align with business objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to assess security controls and their effectiveness.
As the Information Security Risk Manager at Tide, you will be responsible for managing the information security risk framework and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with the first line of defense teams, including InfoSec, IT, and Cloud teams, to identify and assess security risks. You will develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to protect Tide's information assets. You will conduct regular risk assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls. You will provide guidance and support to teams on security best practices and compliance requirements. You will also be involved in incident response planning and execution, ensuring that the organization is prepared to handle security incidents effectively. You will collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
