What you'll do

As a Contract Agile Delivery Manager at YLD, you will play a key role in leading the successful delivery of client engagements. You will operate at the intersection of client delivery, engineering teams, and third-party partners, ensuring outcomes are delivered predictably, transparently, and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, facilitating agile ceremonies, and coaching teams on agile practices. You will also be responsible for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Your hands-on approach will enable you to engage with teams directly, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
