Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

- Provide technical guidance and strategy for building scalable infrastructure and solutions.
- Lead the architectural goal and implementation for core platform services supporting Human Intelligence (HI) scaling and Live Abuse Management (LAM).
- Drive the strategy for leveraging GenAI and automation to enhance operator efficiency and throughput in manual moderation workflows.
- Address key issues such as linear scaling of operator costs, evolving abuse patterns, and the need for a unified and enhanced platform for escalation management.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, Product Managers, and other partners to define product iterations and long-term technical goals. Mentor junior engineers and contribute actively as a direct Individual Contributor (IC).
