Altruist is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic guidance and enhance the employee experience. You'll work closely with leaders and managers to develop targeted people strategies. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
You have a proven track record as an HR Business Partner with at least 5 years of experience in the field, demonstrating your ability to align HR strategies with business goals. Your expertise in employee relations and organizational development allows you to effectively partner with leaders and managers to create a positive workplace culture. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to listen actively and engage with employees at all levels. Your approach is grounded in kindness and respect, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives are valued. You are adaptable and resilient, able to navigate challenges with a focus on achieving strategic objectives. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using metrics to inform your strategies.
Experience in the financial services or technology sectors is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities within Altruist. Familiarity with HR technology platforms and tools will enhance your ability to implement effective HR processes and policies. A background in change management will be beneficial as you work to drive organizational improvements and employee engagement initiatives.
In this role, you will partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support Altruist's mission of transforming the wealth management industry. You will create and refine policies and processes that enhance the employee experience, ensuring that Altruist is recognized as a career maker for its employees. You will lead initiatives focused on talent management, employee engagement, and performance management, working collaboratively with managers to identify and address workforce needs.
