You have at least 6 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in product management. Your background includes a strong understanding of user empathy, allowing you to design narratives and user experiences that resonate with Earners. You possess analytical rigor, enabling you to set priorities and drive decision-making effectively. Your ability to navigate and simplify complexity is complemented by your skill in teaching others, making you a valuable asset in stakeholder management across partner teams at a global scale.

You have a keen interest in digging into data, which enhances your ability to make informed product decisions. Your experience in collaborating with diverse teams will help you align business and product strategies effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager on the Earner team, you will build a vision that defines the product roadmap, identifying both near and long-term initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Marketplace, Uber Verticals, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to ensure alignment between business and product strategies. Your role will involve translating user needs and insights into product requirements, distilling user problems, and articulating desired outcomes clearly.

You will iterate on product development by distilling insights from various data sources, including performance dashboards, experimentation results, and user research. This iterative process will allow you to refine the product continuously, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of Earners.
