Databricks is seeking an Emerging Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and close new accounts. You'll leverage your expertise in SaaS sales and big data to communicate product value to customers. This role requires experience in navigating fast-growing organizations and building customer relationships.
You have a strong command of the SaaS sales process and know how to sell innovation and change through customer vision expansion. With a passion for understanding products in-depth, you excel at communicating their value to customers and partners. Your experience in early-stage companies has equipped you with the skills to navigate and succeed in fast-growing organizations. You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs.
Experience in big data or cloud sales is a plus, as is familiarity with the intricacies of cloud technologies. You are customer-focused and understand how to deliver both technical and business results using the Databricks Platform. Your ability to articulate complex concepts simply will set you apart in this role.
As an Emerging Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will assess your accounts and develop strategies to identify and engage all buying centers. You will use a solution approach to selling, creating value for customers by identifying the most viable use cases in each account to maximize Databricks' impact. Your role will involve orchestrating and collaborating with teams to enhance the impact on your ecosystem, ensuring that you build value with all engagements to promote successful negotiations and close deals.
You will be responsible for promoting Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark, ensuring that you remain customer-focused throughout the sales process. Your ability to compress decision cycles and guide deals forward will be crucial to your success. You will also be expected to continuously prospect for new opportunities, closing new accounts and driving revenue growth for the company.
