Who you are

You are a compassionate and confident General Urologist with a commitment to patient-centered care. You have experience in all aspects of general urology and may be finishing residency or be mid-career. Your background includes working in a multidisciplinary or academic medical center setting, and you have a strong interest in teaching, research, or clinical trials. You possess experience in robotic surgery and may have multilingual capabilities, which can enhance your communication with diverse patient populations. You are dedicated to improving the lives of patients through both surgical and non-surgical treatments, and you excel at connecting deeply with patients and families during complex and emotional experiences.

Desirable

Fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS), Urogynecology, or Urologic Oncology is welcome, but not required for general urology applicants. You are encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as your willingness to learn and grow is valued.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide expert surgical and non-surgical treatments for a variety of urological conditions. You will collaborate with a dynamic and collaborative team, contributing to a supportive environment that focuses on delivering cutting-edge care. You will have the opportunity to engage in teaching and mentoring, sharing your knowledge with residents and fellows. You will also participate in clinical trials, helping to advance the field of urology through research and innovation. Your responsibilities will include performing surgeries, conducting patient evaluations, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for your patients, and you will be involved in community outreach efforts to promote urological health.
