You are adept at problem-solving and can quickly resolve payment holds and exceptions, ensuring that the accounts payable function runs smoothly. Desirable

Experience with asset management and receiving processes is a plus, as is familiarity with 3-way matching principles. You are comfortable building processes from the ground up and have a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement. A background in technology or working with tech companies can be beneficial, given the fast-paced nature of the industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the accounts payable function, overseeing everything from intake and exception handling to disbursements and vendor inquiries. You will set the roadmap for the AP team, ensuring that processes are scalable and efficient as the company grows. Your responsibilities will include leading the team in executing daily tasks while also stepping in to handle complex exceptions and close activities when necessary.

You will partner closely with hardware and operations stakeholders to define and launch asset management processes that align with the 3-way match principle. This will involve building processes where they do not currently exist and ensuring that all team members are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively. You will also be responsible for compliance with job posting regulations and ensuring that the AP team adheres to best practices in financial operations.
