OKX is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Engineer to design and implement data strategies and analytics frameworks. You'll work with SQL and various BI tools to drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires extensive experience in business intelligence and a strong interest in the crypto market.
You have extensive experience in business intelligence, with a proven track record of leading BI functions and teams. Your expertise includes designing and implementing data strategies that align with organizational goals, and you are well-versed in analytics frameworks and performance monitoring systems. You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in SQL, enabling you to extract insights from complex datasets. Your understanding of the crypto market is deep, and you are passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at communicating insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms is a plus. Familiarity with the crypto industry and its unique challenges will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance the BI function.
