What you'll do

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier clients. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and connect them with the right experts, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will also be involved in gathering insights and feedback from clients to enhance service delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the team. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
