What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of EPC planning processes for a global team of lease planners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient planning of datacenter construction projects, which are critical to Microsoft’s cloud business. You will serve as an expert on project controls planning methods and procedures, guiding your team in best practices and innovative approaches. You will analyze historical data to inform future projects and improve planning accuracy. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to align project goals with organizational objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the project controls organization.
