You will own the full lifecycle of external partner integrations — from business scoping to execution, rollout, and continuous improvement — using integration insights to drive enhancements to Vibe’s core product and maximize business impact.
Business prioritization: Build a strong business understanding to prioritize integrations based on ROI and customer impact, working closely with Sales, CS, and Product teams.
End-to-end delivery: Own the full lifecycle of integrations — from scoping, spec writing, and project management to coordinating internal and external stakeholders and ensuring successful rollouts.
Run & support – Ensure integrations remain reliable and effective over time. Monitor their health, coordinate fixes when needed, and support internal teams when issues arise.
Core product improvement: Leverage insights from integrations and data flows to proactively suggest and spec new product features that improve customer experience, audience activation, and overall business performance.
API excellence: Own and continuously improve Vibe’s public API to make future integrations easier, faster, and more reliable, with a focus on scalability, quality, and security.
You have at least 5 years of experience in roles closely aligned with the scope and challenges of this position.
Strong technical foundation, able to navigate complex system architectures and technical integrations.
Experience in API integrations — Comfortable designing, scoping, and validating API-based workflows with external partners.
Strong product management and project management skills — Able to build roadmaps, write clear specs, manage timelines, and drive projects to completion.
Data fluency — Comfortable working with data ingestion, synchronization, and export flows; able to dig into data to validate assumptions.
Marketing & Martech awareness — Strong grasp of marketing workflows to quickly understand use cases, prioritize smartly, and maximize business impact.
Excellent communication skills — Clear, structured, and able to align business, technical, and external stakeholders effectively.
