What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the data migration efforts for Litify's clients, ensuring a smooth transition from their legacy systems to the Litify platform. You will collect and organize data migration requirements, preparing comprehensive Data Translation Mapping documents that outline how data will be transformed and migrated. Your expertise will guide the preparation of Data Migration Design Documents, which detail the technical aspects of the migration process.

You will define data translation logic that ensures data is accurately and efficiently migrated, working closely with migrations engineers to build robust migration solutions. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, helping them understand the migration process and addressing any concerns they may have. You will also contribute to building a data migration team that supports the professional services organization’s future growth, mentoring junior team members and sharing your knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.

As you work on various migration projects, you will continuously evaluate and improve migration processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience and ensuring that Litify's platform meets the evolving needs of the legal industry.
