You'll play a key role in ensuring customers realize value from HockeyStack's AI-driven solutions. This position requires experience in customer success and a strong understanding of B2B environments.
You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in B2B environments — you understand the importance of driving product adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are skilled at building relationships and guiding customers through their journey, from onboarding to ongoing support. Your ability to translate complex data-driven insights into actionable strategies is key to helping customers achieve their goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Experience with AI-driven products or services is a plus — you understand how to leverage technology to enhance customer success. Familiarity with data analytics tools will help you provide deeper insights to customers. A background in sales or marketing can also be beneficial as you work closely with these teams to align customer needs with product offerings.
In this role, you will own the full customer lifecycle, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that sets customers up for success. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to relay customer insights and advocate for enhancements that improve the user experience. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training materials and resources to empower customers in their use of the platform. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction scores, renewal rates, and overall account growth.
