You have a strong background in instructional design, with experience in creating effective learning experiences that align with adult learning principles. You are skilled in collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging content for diverse audiences and delivery modes. Your project management skills enable you to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities in a high-growth environment. You are familiar with learning management systems (LMS) and can provide user support effectively. You understand the importance of incorporating learner feedback and accessibility standards into your designs to meet evolving business needs.

Desirable

Experience with computer-based training modules and a solid understanding of various delivery methods will set you apart. Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD and Contentful will enhance your ability to create engaging content. A background in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies will be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and develop computer-based training modules that ensure alignment with adult learning principles and desired outcomes. You will partner with subject matter experts to create engaging content for various audiences, including online courses and videos. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, revising, and optimizing existing learning products based on learner feedback and accessibility standards. You will act as the project manager for multiple concurrent initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and priorities. Additionally, you will serve as the LMS administrator for the Learning & Development team, providing user support and ensuring a smooth learning experience for all employees.
