SolarWinds is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to manage the Renewals Team and assist with customer inquiries. This role requires strong collaboration and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will manage the Renewals Team, overseeing renewal sales and personal inboxes to ensure that customer inquiries are addressed promptly. You will identify customer issues and direct them to the appropriate departments, such as sales or support, to facilitate resolution. Understanding the SolarWinds Renewal value and process is crucial, as you will explain this to both customers and partners. You will work closely with external partners on renewals-related issues, overcoming customer challenges and objections to ensure successful renewal completions. Additionally, you will ensure that all orders received are correct and sent to the finance team for processing, resolving any issues related to renewal orders as they arise.
