Taboola is seeking a Team Lead for their Growth Advertising Sales team to manage a group of Sales Managers and drive revenue from brands and agencies. This role requires 5+ years of experience in digital media sales and strong analytical skills.
You have over 5 years of experience selling digital media, particularly focusing on advertisers and agencies. Your background includes at least 2 years of managing a team of sellers, where you've demonstrated your ability to consistently meet or exceed target goals. You thrive in a lead-generating environment, ideally within a digital media company, and possess strong analytical skills that allow you to collect business intelligence by engaging with clients and monitoring trends in data. Your experience with Salesforce.com enables you to track activity metrics and build insightful reports that drive ROI for advertisers.
Experience in performance marketing thought leadership is a plus, as is familiarity with managing a healthy pipeline of new business accounts. You are adept at navigating organizational hierarchies and engaging with upper management to close business deals. Your ability to conduct performance reviews and establish expectations for your team will be crucial in this role.
As a Team Lead in the Growth Sales team at Taboola, you will play a vital role as a player/coach, managing a team of 3-4 Sales Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue for small and medium business clients by generating new business from Growth Advertisers accounts. You will plan, direct, and coordinate sales activities, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's goals and best practices. You will also conduct performance reviews for your direct reports, establishing clear expectations and goals for their performance.
