Together AI is hiring a Project Manager for their Business Operations & Compute team to ensure GPU supply and operational discipline. You'll coordinate across multiple teams and manage workflows. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in a technical environment.
You are a highly organized individual with a background in business operations or a related field. You thrive in fast-moving, technical environments and have experience managing cross-functional workflows. Your ability to track inventory and contract milestones is exceptional, and you are skilled at coordinating procurement processes. You understand the importance of operational discipline and can surface risks early to keep projects on track.
You possess a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field, which has equipped you with the analytical skills necessary for this role. Your experience includes working with teams across various functions such as finance, product, and research, allowing you to maintain a consolidated view of contracts and performance metrics. You are adept at building and maintaining dashboards that provide clear insights into utilization and inventory.
Experience in a technical environment, particularly in roles that involve managing GPU supply or similar resources, would be a plus. Familiarity with procurement workflows and contract management is also desirable, as is the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
In this role, you will track GPU inventory, allocations, and availability, ensuring that the supply aligns with company priorities. You will coordinate forecasting efforts with product, research, go-to-market, finance, and infrastructure teams to maintain a predictable compute environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring provider performance, documenting outages and chronic issues, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
You will build and maintain dashboards that reflect utilization, inventory, and uptime, ensuring data accuracy in collaboration with infrastructure, data, and finance teams. Your role will also involve coordinating cluster rollouts, expansions, and migrations, keeping timelines and dependencies aligned across teams. You will support procurement workflows by managing internal requirements, preparing documentation, and tracking purchase orders, invoices, and credits with finance.
