You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in technology or internet services, and understand the nuances of customer engagement and relationship building. Experience in the cybersecurity or internet infrastructure space is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. You are comfortable using data to drive decisions and can articulate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a Senior Territory Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption of Cloudflare's services across the Northeast region, specifically in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. You will engage with a wide range of clients, from individual bloggers to Fortune 500 companies, helping them understand how Cloudflare can enhance their online presence and security. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, working alongside Solution Engineers and Customer Success representatives to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be essential as you guide customers through the adoption process and address any challenges they may face.
