Exa is seeking a GTM Recruiter to help build their team as they develop a next-generation AI search engine. You'll work closely with leadership to design recruiting systems and attract top talent in the tech industry. This role requires familiarity with the SF tech ecosystem and a builder mindset.
You have experience in recruiting, particularly in the tech industry, and understand the nuances of the SF startup ecosystem. You can communicate effectively with technical candidates and have a builder mindset — you want to design recruiting systems, not just run them. You thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments and are comfortable working directly with founders and leadership teams. You may have coding skills, which would be a bonus, as everyone at Exa codes. You are passionate about shaping a talent brand and recruiting culture that aligns with the company's mission.
Experience in AI or tech recruiting is a plus, as is familiarity with in-house recruiting systems. You are innovative in your approach to sourcing candidates and can experiment with creative strategies to attract top-tier talent. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in a rapidly changing environment, ensuring that Exa can scale effectively.
As a GTM Recruiter at Exa, you will own the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to closing candidates. You will represent Exa externally, convincing top-tier account executives, marketers, and business development professionals to join the team. You will partner with founders and team leads to scope roles and identify high-leverage hires that will contribute to the company's growth. You will build and optimize recruiting systems and workflows using Exa's in-house agentic search tools, ensuring that the recruiting process is efficient and effective. You will experiment with creative sourcing strategies to stand out in the competitive SF startup market, helping to shape Exa's talent brand and recruiting culture as the company scales rapidly.
