Overview

HelloFresh is seeking a Product Marketing Lead for Customer Lifecycle & Engagement to define customer experiences and drive product positioning. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. This role requires expertise in marketing strategy and analytics.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product marketing with at least 5 years of experience, particularly in customer lifecycle management. You understand how to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse customer segments, including both active and former customers. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage insights to inform product strategy and marketing execution. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Creative, and Customer Engagement, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. You are adept at using data to drive decisions and improve customer experiences throughout their journey with the product.

Desirable

Experience with loyalty programs and personalization strategies is a plus. Familiarity with AI features in marketing will help you excel in this role. You have a knack for storytelling and can translate complex product initiatives into clear value propositions that engage customers effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the lifecycle product marketing strategy, shaping how HelloFresh articulates value at each stage of the customer journey. You will drive go-to-market frameworks for seasonal peaks and major product releases, ensuring that messaging is compelling and aligned with customer needs. Your responsibilities will include leading product marketing initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and engagement, developing narratives and toolkits that guide creative teams across various channels. You will also play a crucial role in influencing product strategy and roadmap decisions based on market and customer insights, acting as a key voice in shaping future product experiences.
