HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive process definition and improvement across the FSQA domain in international markets. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into digital solutions. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in food safety and quality processes.
You have extensive experience in project management, particularly in the food safety and quality assurance domain. You understand the complexities of managing processes across multiple international markets and have a proven track record of driving standardization and improvement initiatives. You are skilled in stakeholder management and can effectively communicate technical requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy facilitating workshops to gather input and drive alignment among stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and ensure that all processes comply with food safety policies and regulations. You are adaptable and open to learning, recognizing that diverse experiences contribute to better outcomes.
In this role, you will manage and standardize food safety and quality processes across various international markets, ensuring strong governance and consistent application. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate their requirements into effective digital FSQ solutions. By facilitating workshops, you will gather input from key stakeholders and actively drive alignment within the process governance agenda. You will also test and verify that systems and tools meet defined requirements and comply with food safety policies before and during rollout. Additionally, you will train end users and support the successful implementation of new systems and processes across warehouse operations. You will measure process performance and adherence, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
